Ramona Metzger is the City of Springfield’s chief accountant holding the position of Comptroller in the Office of Budget & Management. She has also served a stint as the Assistant Finance Director for the Department of Public Utilities, City Water, Light & Power. Ramona earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Illinois State University and is an Illinois Registered Certified Public Accountant. She has served the Mid-Illinois Medical District in the position of Treasurer since 2013.
